COO / Chief Integration Officer / CPO · 2019–2023

Scaling through PE growth, IPO, and a $1.1B acquisition.

Joined a Nordic-Capital-backed business growing 25–35% year-over-year. Held successive executive mandates spanning operations and product support, customer success, supply partnerships, post-merger integration, and HR.

Ahead of the IPO, redesigned the customer success operating model with on/offshore delivery — cutting cost-to-serve by roughly one third — and shipped an AI-driven matching engine that improved revenue, margin, and partner economics. Together, those two changes were the unlock for continued scale and allowed the business to accelerate into its IPO on Nasdaq Stockholm.

Led PMI for three acquisitions — starting pre-IPO with P2Sample, where I'd just been CRO, and culminating post-IPO with the $1.1B Lucid acquisition, which delivered $40M+ in synergies over 24 months. Also rebuilt the HR function in nine months.

Joined to lead the commercial function for a founder-led business at $10M ARR. Built and integrated GTM and customer success into a single, repeatable revenue engine.

Tripled revenue organically over two years, then co-led the sale process with the founders — positioning, management meetings, and diligence — culminating in a strategic acquisition by Cint.
